[isomerizationRate] = IsomerizationsFromAbsorptions(photonAbsorptionRate,[quantalEfficiency])

Compute isomerization rate, R\* per photreceptor per sec, given     photon absorption rate and photopgiment quantal efficiency.  

Default value for quantalEfficiency is inherited from PhotopigmentQuantalEfficiency
called with type ‘Generic’.
