Screen(‘glRotate’, windowPtr, angle, [rx = 0], [ry = 0] ,[rz = 1]);

Define a rotation transform by an angle of ‘angle’ degrees around the axis
defined by the vector (rx,ry,rz) in space, relative to the enclosing reference
