Psychtoolbox>PsychVulkanCore.{mex*} subfunction

PsychVulkanCore(‘Close’);

Close all open Vulkan devices and shutdown the driver, ie. perform the same
cleanup as if ‘clear PsychVulkanCore’ would be executed.
