Return eye warp rotation matrices for timewarped undistortion for Oculus device
‘eye’ which eye to provide the data: 0 = Left, 1 = Right.
‘waitForTimewarpPoint’ If set to 1, stall execution of calling thread until next
time warp point is reached. Defaults to zero.
Return values are 4x4 ‘eyeRotStartMatrix’ and ‘eyeRotEndMatrix’ for given eye.
